Iron Ridge Builders
A concept build for a construction company — filtered project galleries, a safety record section, and a lead-qualifying contact form on fully static architecture.
This is a demonstration site we designed and built to show what we deliver for this industry. The company is fictional — the design, architecture, and performance scores are real and verifiable on the live demo.

The Scenario
Iron Ridge Builders is a concept build — a fictional construction company modeled on a story we hear constantly: twenty years of work won on referrals and word-of-mouth, no website at all, and competitors with half the experience winning bids because they look established online. When a company like this finally gets a quote, it is often a five-figure template WordPress build padded with plugins it does not need and an 8–12 week timeline. The brief for this demonstration: show what a construction site looks like when it is built to showcase work, communicate safety, and qualify leads — without a CMS to babysit.
Our Solution
We built a 9-page site on Next.js with a dark earth-tone design and amber accents that reflect the rugged, professional identity of an established builder. The project showcase uses category-based filtering so visitors can view commercial, residential, or renovation work independently. A dedicated safety page gives safe-work-hours and certification badges the prominence that general contractors and commercial clients expect to see. The contact form includes project type, budget range, and timeline fields that pre-qualify leads before they ever reach the team — eliminating tire-kickers and unqualified inquiries. Every page is statically generated and served from a CDN. There is no database to hack, no plugins to update, and no admin panel to maintain.
What This Demonstrates
The demo is live with perfect 100 scores across all four Google Lighthouse categories and sub-second loads on every page. The lead-qualifying form pattern, category-filtered project galleries, and safety-first information architecture are exactly what we deploy for real contractors — see Rite-Way Roof Corp. in our showcase for a live client example of this approach in commercial roofing.
