Concierge

Our highest tier, and the only one that starts with a conversation instead of a checkout. We take the whole project off your desk — including the parts that normally stall it.

$12,500+one-time

A 15-minute call decides fit. If Pro is the better answer, we will tell you on that call.

Most websites do not stall on design. They stall on you.

Every studio has the same story. The design is approved in week two, and then the project sits for four months waiting on copy nobody has time to write, photos nobody has time to gather, and a decision nobody has time to make. The site is not late because it is hard. It is late because it needs you, and you have a business to run.

Concierge removes that dependency. We interview you once, write the site from that conversation, direct the photography and assets, and bring you decisions already made rather than questions to answer. You review and correct instead of composing from a blank page — which is the difference between a six-month project and a six-week one.

Launch, Growth, and Pro are packages. Concierge is us taking the work.

How Far We Can Take It

A Concierge build is not just a bigger brochure site. It is where we start replacing the software around your website — the forms, the paperwork, the workflows — with something that lives on your own domain and costs nothing per seat.

Custom order and quote forms

The form your business actually needs, not the one a plugin allows. Multi-step order forms, quote requests, request baskets that hold a dozen line items, and the file uploads a real request needs — drawings, specs, photos. Shaped around how your team takes work in, and delivered somewhere a human will actually see them.

E-signing without the subscription

Proposals, work authorizations, and service agreements can be generated, delivered, reviewed, and signed inside your own site — signed by drawing or typing, on a laptop or handed off to a phone — then flow straight into whatever happens next. No PDF round-trip, no per-seat signing service, no third party sitting between you and your own paperwork.

Catalogs that stay static

Hundreds or thousands of pages, structured properly — product and part hierarchies, capability pillars, certification pages, filtered indexes — every one pre-rendered at build time. All the depth of a database-backed site with none of the fragility, and still fast enough to win the speed test.

The honest boundary: we build websites, not applications. If what you need is a logged-in product with a database behind it, we will say so on the first call rather than take the project and learn on your money.

We Are Our Own Example

Two of these builds are ours, which is the only reason we are comfortable promising them.

Our client portal

We replaced our own e-signing service

The quote you would receive from us is generated, delivered, reviewed, and signed inside software we wrote — then flows straight into invoicing and onboarding. Intake forms, file exchange, and support tickets live in the same place. There is no third-party e-signature subscription anywhere in that chain, and no PDF emailed back and forth.

The signing is not a picture of a signature. Each one records the consent text agreed to, the signer, the time, the address it came from, and a cryptographic hash of the exact document — so a quote cannot be altered after it is signed without the change showing. Both parties get the countersigned PDF.

It is not a reseller login for someone else’s platform. It is the same kind of build we are offering you.

QTC Aero

We replaced a storefront checkout with the right workflow

An FAA and EASA certified aircraft component repair station whose 597-part catalog became more than a thousand pre-rendered pages — capability pillars, aircraft and manufacturer hierarchies, and dedicated certification pages, all static.

The WooCommerce checkout went away entirely, replaced by a request-for-quote basket where a buyer collects part numbers with a condition on each line and submits one consolidated request. Component MRO is quoted, not added to a cart, and the site now works the way the business actually sells.

Concierge Questions

Launch, Growth, and Pro are packages: a defined scope, a fixed price, and a process you move through with us. Concierge is not a bigger package — it is a different arrangement. We take the project off your desk entirely, including the parts that normally stall a website build, and the scope is drawn around your business rather than around a page count.

Almost always because of time, not features. Pro is an excellent website, but it still needs you: copy to approve, photos to gather, decisions to make, a team to chase. Concierge exists for people whose bottleneck is their own calendar. If a Pro build would sit half-finished for four months waiting on your input, Concierge finishes it in weeks — because the work that was waiting on you now sits with us.

Sometimes, yes. Concierge involves us writing in your voice, speaking to your customers, and making judgment calls without checking in on each one. That only works when the fit is right, so we start with a conversation rather than a checkout button. If we are not the right studio for what you need, we would rather say so on a call than three weeks into a build.

We interview you once — usually about an hour — and write the site from that conversation. Every page, in your voice, structured for how people actually read and how search engines actually rank. You review and correct rather than compose from a blank page. For most businesses this is the single thing that turns a six-month website project into a six-week one, because missing copy is what stalls almost every build we have ever seen.

Further than a brochure site, and further than most studios will go before handing you off to a SaaS subscription. Multi-level catalogs, custom order and quote forms, request baskets, gated documentation, structured data across thousands of pages — all pre-rendered, all still static, all still fast. The honest boundary is that we build websites, not applications: if you need a logged-in product with a database behind it, we will tell you that plainly rather than take the project and learn on your money.

Yes, and this is one of the most common things Concierge is used for. A PDF that gets downloaded, filled in by hand, and emailed back is a form that loses people at every step. We build the real thing into the site — custom order forms, quote requests, multi-item request baskets — shaped around how your business actually takes an order rather than around what a form plugin allows. Our QTC Aero build replaced a storefront checkout with a request-for-quote basket across a 597-part catalog, because component MRO is quoted, not added to a cart.

In most cases, yes — and we did it for ourselves first. The quotes we send are generated, delivered, reviewed, and signed inside our own client portal, then flow straight into invoicing. There is no third-party e-signature subscription anywhere in that chain, and no PDF round-trip. Each signature records the consent text the signer agreed to, their name and title, the time, the address it came from, and a hash of the exact document, so a signed quote cannot be quietly altered afterwards. If your proposals, work authorizations, or service agreements currently ride on a per-seat signing service, that is a workflow we can bring home.

We are our own case study. The client portal you would use as a Concierge client is software we wrote — intake forms, quote signing, invoicing, file exchange, and support tickets — not a reseller login for someone else's platform. QTC Aero is the client-side version of the same instinct: an FAA and EASA certified repair station whose 597-part catalog became more than a thousand pre-rendered pages with a request-for-quote basket where a WooCommerce checkout used to be.

Because the scope is drawn around your business, and businesses are not the same size. $12,500 is the floor, not an average. After the first call we scope the actual work and quote a fixed number before anything starts — you will never see an hourly bill or a surprise. If what you need turns out to fit inside Pro, we will tell you that and save you the difference.

Concierge does not end at launch, which is where most website relationships quietly stop. You get a 90-day optimization sprint — real changes based on how people actually use the site, not a report you have to act on yourself — a dedicated launch manager with a direct line, and quarterly strategy reviews through the first year. Ongoing hosting and maintenance run on a care plan like every other site we build.
